We currently raise various breeds of beautiful, happy cows. We have a Lynch Lineback, some Charolais / Angus crosses, and Dexters. Dexter are a small frame heritage breed of cattle known for their fantastic flavor and quiet disposition. Charolais are large frame cattle who know how to pack on the pounds. They live their entire lives on grass (and supplemental hay during the winter). We do grain train our animals (in case they get out of the fence and we need to entice them back), but their primary diet their entire lives is grass. We do not vaccinate, give growth hormones, or unnecessarily medicate our cows.
Get in touch with us to reserve a half or whole beef. You can also reach out to ask about individual cuts if you’d prefer. Individual cuts vary in availability as we prefer customers to reserve whole or halves. We’ll ask for a $100 deposit when you reserve your beef. We accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal paid up front. You can pick up at the Noble Farm outside of Josephville, Peine Ridge Church in Wentzville, or The Kestrel Co. office in Cottleville.
